What started out as just a long shot DM has become one of my favorite jobs I've ever had. I'd seen @jbez.barbershop on Instagram and was impressed by their attention to detail and quality on their page, but felt I could take their page a step further and they agreed. Since September 2019, I've been the sole content creator and social media manager for J'Bez Barbershop and have strived to not only put out quality content that reflects quality work, but always remembering the sense of family that the shop holds internally and externally with their customers. I've done this by organizing a rush event with Kappa Sigma, as seen in one of the last photos, as well as organizing pending events with Delta Epsilon Mu and Sigma Alpha Epsilon and constantly working to get the shop exposure while also giving back to those at UCR and holding free events and giveaways for the community, where J'Bez began.
